Annual General Meeting
General Information
This is the business meeting at which elections are held for the
board of directors and where we deal with other business of concern to
the church members.
Memberships
Remember that all memberships expire just prior to the start
of the AGM and must be renewed at that time, so anyone who is not in
attendance to renew his or her membership is not eligible to vote.
Proxies
Members who wish to vote and who cannot attend the AGM may do so
by giving a signed, written proxy to an attending member.
AGM
The meeting will start at 2 P.M. on December 31 in the Green Room.
Candidates for the board officer positions (president,
vice-president, secretary and treasurer) must announce themselves by
the board meeting before the election.
