Text that looks like this is a link to another document which you haven't visited yet.

When you have visited a document the link turns purple.

Dotted lines under some words

Words or phrases with a dotted underline will display more information about themselves if you position your mouse pointer over them. They are not necessarily links.

The term FAQ is an example. Position your mouse pointer over it and (if your browser is capable of doing so) you will see a small box telling you what FAQ stands for: Frequently Asked Questions.
